This hotel is our go-to choice whenever we visit Milan, which is 3 times a year. The breakfast is exceptional - they even remember my preference for a banana and serve it to me without fail. The staff is incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist with restaurant reservations and parking. The themed rooms, like the Caruso, are a nice touch and the location is perfect for shopping on Via Montenapoleone and visiting La Scala. We always feel welcomed here, like coming home.
